Proposed a lightweight CNN-based intrusion-detection approach integrated with federated learning for resource-constrained dew computing environments, without centralising sensitive data.
Implemented a lightweight 1D-CNN with Flower for distributed intrusion detection; evaluated under IID and non-IID data distributions.
Designed and developed frontend search and data exploration, backend services, research-data models and data management for a biological research platform. Managed database and server operations for 1,852 curated long noncoding RNAs from 2,361 RNA-Seq libraries covering 110 BioProjects.
